Isabela IslandThe name is Albemarle in English. This is the largest Island in Galapagos. The Equator Line crosses this Island.One of the main Galapagos tourist attractions of this Island is Urbina Bay which is located at the foothills of Alcedo Volcano and Darwin volcano. It has a dark volcanic sand beach. You can see impressive lava flows from volcano eruptions years ago. Look for gaunt marine skeletons as evidence that this once was ocean and now is land.
